As Bayern Munich destroyed Dinamo Zagreb 9-2, Harry Kane broke Wayne Rooney’s Champions League record with a hat-trick of penalties in a four-goal haul.

 

After converting a penalty kick in the 19th minute, the England captain tied Rooney’s record of 30 goals in the competition proper—the most by any English player—and then surpassed him with a finish in the 57th minute to further extend his lead.
