Former Ohio State Legend Drops Epic Bombshell Take On Buckeyes RBs

Ohio State Buckeyes legend Eddie George recently shared high praise for the team’s standout running backs, Quinshon Judkins and TreVeyon Henderson, both of whom were instrumental in securing the Buckeyes’ first national championship in a decade. As they prepare to enter the NFL Draft, George’s insights highlight their readiness for the professional stage.

In a discussion on the Stripe Sports Podcast, George expressed his admiration for both players, emphasizing their development into versatile and impactful backs. He noted their contributions not only in rushing but also in the passing game and pass protection. George described Judkins as “a grown man” and lauded Henderson’s abilities as a receiver out of the backfield.

Focusing on Henderson, George highlighted his combination of breakaway speed and toughness between the tackles. He commended Henderson’s vision and adaptability, stating, “He has answers for a defense that makes him check his feet. He can bounce to the second hole and find it.”

Turning to Judkins, George was particularly effusive, envisioning him as a potential feature back in the NFL. He projected, “I think Quinshon is a 1,500 to 2,000-yard running back, given the right system in the league next year. He can be that bellhorse guy.” George praised Judkins’ comprehensive skill set, including breakaway speed, balance, vision, and the ability to break tackles and deliver physicality to defenders.

While neither Judkins nor Henderson are currently projected as top-three running backs in this year’s draft class, they are both anticipated to be selected by the end of Day 2. Their collegiate performances and George’s endorsement suggest promising NFL careers ahead.

Eddie George’s assessment underscores the significant impact both players had on Ohio State’s championship run and their potential to excel at the next level. As the NFL Draft approaches, teams in need of dynamic and versatile running backs will undoubtedly keep a close eye on Judkins and Henderson.
