Michigan State University’s women’s basketball program has made significant strides in its 2025 recruiting efforts by securing commitments from twin sisters Amy and Anna Terrian, alongside standout guard Jordan Ode. These additions highlight the Spartans’ dedication to enhancing their roster with top-tier talent, edging out notable programs such as Arizona, Louisville, and Alabama.

**Amy and Anna Terrian: The Dynamic Duo from Pewaukee**

Hailing from Pewaukee, Wisconsin, Amy and Anna Terrian have been pivotal figures in their high school’s basketball success. Under the guidance of head coach Jim Reuter at Pewaukee High School, the Terrian twins have showcased exceptional skills and leadership.

    – **Amy Terrian**: Standing at 5-foot-8, Amy is currently ranked No. 89 in the ESPNW HoopGurlz Recruiting Rankings. During her junior year, she averaged an impressive 18.4 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 3.8 assists per game. Her stellar performance earned her the distinction of being the first Pewaukee player to receive AP first-team all-state honors in 2024. Additionally, she has been recognized with all-state honors for three consecutive years and was named the Woodland Conference Player of the Year.

    – **Anna Terrian**: Also a 5-foot-8 guard, Anna contributed significantly to her team’s success, averaging 9.3 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 2.5 assists per game in her junior year. She earned WBCA Division 2 honorable mention accolades in both 2023 and 2024. Beyond basketball, Anna showcased her athletic versatility by excelling in tennis, where she secured first-team all-conference honors.

The Terrian twins led Pewaukee High School to a state championship, underscoring their winning mentality and on-court synergy. Their commitment to Michigan State brings a combination of scoring prowess, defensive tenacity, and championship experience to the Spartans.

**Jordan Ode: A Versatile Guard from Maple Grove**

Joining the Terrian sisters in the 2025 recruiting class is Jordan Ode, a 6-foot guard from Maple Grove, Minnesota. Coached by Mark Cook at Maple Grove High School, Ode has established herself as a formidable presence on the court.

    – **Achievements**: Ode is ranked No. 33 in the ESPNW HoopGurlz Recruiting Rankings. Her junior year statistics include averaging 21.0 points and 6.5 rebounds per game. She shattered both the single-season and all-time scoring records at Maple Grove High School during this period. Her contributions were instrumental in leading her AAU team, the Minnesota Fury, to a second-place finish in the UAA Finals. Additionally, Ode earned all-conference honors in cross country, highlighting her athletic versatility.

Michigan State’s head coach, Robyn Fralick, expressed immense enthusiasm about the incoming class, stating, “We are really excited about our 2025 class: they are competitors, workers, and winners. We wholeheartedly believe in their fit both on and off the court at Michigan State University. Our fans are going to love their competitive spirit.” citeturn0search0
